CLASS A STATE CHAMPION FOOTBALL APPAREL SHOP

The Thornton Academy football program is built on a powerful blend of tradition, hard work, and community pride. With a long legacy of success and numerous state championships, TA football has become a defining force in Maine athletics. The program’s strength comes not only from disciplined athletes and dedicated coaches, but also from the unwavering support of students, families, alumni, and the wider Saco community. Year after year, Thornton Academy football continues to set the standard for excellence—on the field, in the classroom, and in the character it builds. 

The back of the State Champion Shirts was designed to express the importance of tradition, hard work, and community. It is because of these 3 things that Thornton Academy has won so many gold balls. Please note the back of the original shirt lists many of the State Championship winning years, but not all. 

We updated the back of the items to reflect all the gold balls. We didn't mean to exclude anyone, the design was more to relect on tradition, community, and hard work.
